After-Sales Service

      Our goal is to provide you the best after-sales support. In order to increase your satisfaction and trust, EcubMaker specifically clarifies the following after-sales service regulations:


Ⅰ.Warranty Period
      1. 1-year Limited Warranty begins from the date you purchase your product.
      2. 3-months Limited Part Warranty for consumable parts.
      3. Product gifts and accessories (Toolkits, SD cardsS, PLA filaments, goggles, CNC/laser materials, etc.) are not under the warrenty.
*Please Note: Evidence of the purchase order ID and serial number on the product shall be provided to EcubMaker.

Ⅱ.What is not covered
      1.Unable to provide purchase order ID.
      2.Altering or altering the serial number of the product or making it difficult to recognize.
      3.Failure due to accidental damage, abuse, negligence, careless operation or any operation that does not comply with the requirements of the EcubMaker user manual.
      4.For any purpose other than normal domestic use.(e.g. for commercial or rental purposes)
      5.Use parts not assembled according to instructions.
      6. Damage caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disasters, transportation, etc.
      7.Normal wear and tear of accessories or consumables for nozzle modules.
      8.Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized service agencies by EcubMaker.
      9.If you have any questions, please contact EcubMaker Services for clarification.

Ⅲ.How to get service
         If the product can't assure the Normal Operation during the warranty period, you can contact us via (http://www.ecubmaker.com/) for after-sales service, also can send email to our technical support team (support@zd3dp.com), and let us know what we can do to help you. Before submitting a warranty claim, Please have a look at our FAQ page or watch the video instructions to resolve the problem.
        We only record and track the after-sale application email sent to support@zd3dp.com. Other ways to contact us and obtain after-sales service are only part of the service support. In order to ensure that you can get the best and most timely after-sales service, please contact our only certified after-sales service email (support@zd3dp.com) directly.
        These EcubMaker After-sales Policy shall only apply to any EcubMaker products purchased by you from the Official EcubMaker website or Online Stores ( Shopify, Amazon, Gearbest, Aliexpress, etc.) If you are purchasing through the authorized distributor of EcubMaker, please contact them directly.
